all'inevitabile inglese, quale consigliereste?
Top 10 languages studied around the world (in order): English, Spanish,
French, German, Japanese, Italian, Korean, Chinese, Russian,

In 2021, Asian languages—especially Japanese and Korean—attracted
learners worldwide, building on the impressive growth observed in 2020.
Japanese surpassed Italian globally to become the 5th most popular
language to study, and it's the fastest-growing language in the U.S.
and U.K.
Korean—holding strong at the 7th most popular language to study around
the world—is the fastest-growing language in Brazil, France, Germany,
India, and Mexico, and it ranks as the second-fastest growing language
in Japan!
Chinese, which was the 10th most popular language to study in 2020, has
overtaken Russian and Portuguese for the 8th spot worldwide. It is also
one of the top 5 fastest-growing languages in Mexico and Brazil.
The growth of interest in studying Asian languages shows no signs of
slowing. The world is tuning in to more Korean and Japanese
entertainment, listening to more K-pop, and reframing language study as
something you do to complement and support your interests and other
activities—not just something required of you in a classroom.

Italia e in buona parte dell'Europa (eccetto in UK e pochi altri paesi)
Irish has retained its popularity in Ireland as the #1 language to
study, and it has beat out Spanish for the second year in a row.
